Principal objectivethe ideal candidate provides operational, administrative, and coordination support to the human resources department, ensuring the proper execution and control of processes within the oracle system (employee hires, terminations, and personnel movements), as well as supporting indirect recruitment, onboarding, organizational climate initiatives, internal communications, and basic compliance with labor regulations. This role contributes to strengthening the work environment and achieving organizational objectives. Key responsibilities manage employee hires, terminations, and personnel movements in the oracle system, ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and proper recordkeeping. Create and follow up on personnel requisitions in the oracle system. Create purchase requisitions related to the human resources area. Maintain job descriptions updated in accordance with the organizational structure and business needs. Support the indirect recruitment process, including job postings, cv screening, interview coordination, and follow-up. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring an effective and timely integration. Assist in the administration, data collection, and analysis of organizational climate surveys, as well as the follow-up of resulting action plans. Collaborate in initiatives aimed at promoting a healthy and positive work environment. Coordinate roundtable discussions and employee communication meetings. Support the dissemination of relevant human resources information through internal communication channels. Provide support to ensure compliance with internal policies, the internal work regulations, and basic labor guidelines. Coordinate the performance evaluation process, ensuring timely execution and proper documentation. Support the organization and logistics of social events and employee integration activities. Coordinate activities related to site visitor attention, in compliance with internal guidelines. Requirements bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field. English proficiency. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the human resources area, including: recruitment and selection training and development human resources information systems (hris) desirable knowledge of oracle teamwork skills. Service-oriented mindset. Conflict resolution skills. Effective communication skills. Confidentiality and ethical conduct.
