this role involves understanding client needs, collaborating with internal teams, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives## your main tasks and responsibilities are:* ...* successful support and administration of product applications, request for quotation's (rfq), purchase orders (po's) and awarding of new business* assistance in interface between functions to ensure timely, cost effective, related results* manage customer requests in a timely resolution* create sales contracts in infor for new level parts and price changes* create sales orders and infor project orders for non-productive shipments* manage requests for invoices for all tooling and special build parts, track payment status for tooling* provide administration for covisint/gm supply power and other customer web portals* prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reporting and other written information for internal and external distribution* maintain po log and complete reporting of pricing status via monthly snapshot meetings* establish and maintain agreed scope and statements of work* coordinate account deliverables, including attending internal engineering change meetings* commercial representation internally on running business* manage service parts aftermarket business directly with the assigned oem* establish a relationship with appropriate customer contacts* other internal contract management, budget, and order entry duties as assigned## what do we expect from you:* ...
