¿interested in a challenging position as general manager in a shared management of a plant in querétaro? Our client is a mid-size, family-owned european enterprise producing plastic semi-finished goods from raw materials, especially polymers.
They run a production plant in the metropolitan area of querétaro which is supplying mostly, but not only, customers of the automotive industry in north america. The company’s values are based on high quality products and constant innovation combined with environmental consciousness. The responsibility of the new position is managing the overall plant operation in cooperation with the commercial general manager in mexico.
Requirements
ø university studies in engineering or similar, mba is a plus
ø at least 8 years in management positions as general manager, plant manager or operation director at an international manufacturing company
ø experience with plastic extrusion processes
ø experience in lean and in quality systems
ø experience in leading purchasing area
ø reporting to hqs
ø p/l responsibility for the operation
