* excellent communication skills are essential in coordinating with collections partners when necessary and communicating professionally with homeowners regarding account balances, fees, and payment options.
* the successful candidate will be responsible for recording payments, deposits, and adjustments in our software (vantaca) and maintaining accurate records to ensure timely and efficient processing.
