Social media manager – storm ideas

salary: 25,000 - 32,000 usd per year

contract: full time contractor

location: fully remote from anywhere in mexico

equipment: macbook or pc equivalent; all the latest software and productivity tools

we are looking for a social media manager with the skills and enthusiasm to manage a variety of our clients’ social media accounts with unparalleled attention to detail and a deep understanding of their strategy. responsibilities:

* overseeing the scheduling of social media posts for high profile client accounts
* communicating daily with clients to understand requirements, process feedback, and deliver outputs
* coordinating with clients to ensure posts go out with correct information, on time and to our quality standard
* overseeing reporting and analytics for client accounts
* reviewing all elements of a drafted post to ensure details are correct before scheduling
* being an expert in knowing our clients’ brands, programming and priorities
* putting in place and continuously improving quality practices
* optimizing team efficiency
* serving as a team leader with a focus on performance, insights and process
* training team members across tasks

qualifications:

* deep understanding of managing brand accounts on at least two of: youtube, tiktok, instagram, twitter, facebook
* experience with a range of clients; agency experience appreciated
* client communication experience; ability to parse feedback and solve problems
* experience in managing a team
* high level of expertise with third-party scheduling tools (e.g., sprinklr, sproutsocial, creator studio)
* excellent oral and written communication skills
* ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* high work ethic and self-motivation
* excellent numeracy skills; ability to analyse data quantitatively and qualitatively
* high proficiency with microsoft office (excel and powerpoint)
* keen interest in the social media industry

social media coordinator

location: mexico (remote)

We are looking for a social media coordinator to help run our clients\' social media profiles and campaigns. responsibilities:

* reviewing and scheduling content across multiple social networks
* optimising content with thumbnails and copy
* monitoring social accounts and gathering performance data
* analyzing performance and generating reports and recommendations
* researching clients\' shows/movies via pre-release footage, internal docs, audience culture and competitor analysis
* brainstorming content and activation ideas
* managing images, videos and gifs for in-house production
* assisting with internal process setup for new projects
* helping clients use our product hailto via day-to-day management and testing
