the sales manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in alignment with grupo diestra and marriott international policies aimed at increasing revenue volumes profitability and brand positioning of jw marriott los cabos beach resort & spa.
this role focuses on driving business growth strengthening relationships with key accounts coordinating promotional efforts and ensuring the successful execution of sales plans that maximize occupancy adr and guest satisfaction.
bachelors degree in business administration tourism marketing or related field.
minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience preferably within luxury brands.
fluent english (spoken and written) required.
strong leadership negotiation and strategic planning skills.
familiarity with marriott sales systems (ci/ty marsha etc.) preferred.
results-oriented analytical and client-focused.
