- manage relationship with business, internal key user & process owners for all it related topics
- consults & supports the implementation of new or changed services and solutions
- ensure high customer satisfaction by translating business demands into it service requirements
*your qualifications and experiences*:
- strong knowledge on ms office 365 applications
- desired knowledge in powerplatform development
- desired basic knowledge of itsm processes: incident, problem and change management
- desired basic knowledge on sap environment
- bachelor’s degree in information science, informatics or computing engineering, with minimum 1 year of labor experience
- itil v3 basic certification is a plus
