Senior marketing director - demand generation strategy
we're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive demand generation strategy and execution. As associate director, you will oversee a team of demand generation managers and report to the director of demand generation.
the ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in paid media, inclusive of 2+ years recent agency experience, with proven expertise across paid search and paid social. Experience in linkedin ads, bing ads, meta ads, linear tv, terrestrial radio, and the trade desk is a major plus. Seo experience is also a plus.
the role involves pace-setting management, constant collaboration across multiple departments, people management, and crucial client-facing moments. You will be responsible for setting goals for every client engagement in your pod, ensuring best practices across all channels and mediums, breaking down barriers to approval, and holding team members accountable and leading by example.
you will develop relationships with client contacts, drive referrals via client relationships and professional networks, uphold a healthy direct margin within your pod, ensure team members get to proper utilization in a timely manner, and ensure the team meets or exceeds their revenue goals.
a monthly growth audit process will help identify and assign growth strategies for each client. You will work directly with the director of demand generation to ensure the department's operational vision is being executed and internal and client goals are being achieved.
