You will split your time between the premise office and client regional offices, working closely with sales and field-force teams to drive adoption, provide actionable insights, and enhance the overall customer experience, ultimately contributing to year-over-year revenue growth. Functions: serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a segment of our commercial customer portfolio, with a focus on the mexican cpg/fmcg market. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, particularly sales and field-force teams. Spend significant time (bi-weekly or as needed) at client regional offices to provide on-site support, develop action plans, and align premise solutions with client tools, capabilities, and needs. Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (including operations, product, and sales) to ensure seamless data delivery and address client inquiries. Utilize strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to extract meaningful insights from data and drive data-driven decisions that support client business objectives. Report on customer health, key performance indicators, and progress against action plans to both client and premise management. Develop and deliver compelling results presentations, effectively communicating insights and actionable recommendations to various stakeholders. Conduct regular business reviews (monthly or as required) and weekly reports with customers, focusing on cpg/fmcg sales and distribution metrics. Collaborate with the global operations team to maintain quality standards and ensure delivery against our value proposition. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and solution enhancement based on client feedback and market trends. Qualifications: advanced proficiency in english and spanish. Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the cpg/fmcg industries in mexico, including sales, distribution, and trade marketing strategies. 5 years of experience in a b2b sales, marketing, or customer success role, preferably within the cpg/fmcg sector. Proven experience as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for customers. Solid understanding of retail business dynamics and field-force operations. Project management experience or exposure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong spreadsheet skills (excel, google sheets) and experience with data analysis. Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making, particularly in the context of sales and distribution metrics. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology tools and platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications: experience living in or traveling to various international locations, demonstrating cultural adaptability. Degree in a field requiring critical and analytical thinking, such as economics, finance, or statistics.
