where you'll make a difference
* build and maintain multi-level, cross-functional relationships with key decision-makers.
* develop and execute strategic account plans with clear commercial targets (sales, gp, market share).
* lead cross-functional teams to deliver on customer strategy plans, ensuring internal alignment and timely execution.
* negotiate contracts, optimize pricing and margins, and manage cost-to-serve.
* monitor competitor activity, market trends, consumer needs, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
* ensure supply chain readiness and service excellence in collaboration with operations.
* track kpis, forecast sales, and conduct retrospective reviews to drive continuous improvement.
* align closely with iff's corporate strategy to deliver tailored solutions and capture growth opportunities.

* 5–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or product development within fragrance, fmcg, or related industries.
* strong commercial acumen and customer-centric mindset.

* passion for fragrance and innovation.
* digital fluency and global mindset.
* business fluent in english and spanish.
