*hogarth is looking for a jr. Operations analyst*

*what does a jr. Operations analyst do at hogarth?*

at hogarth, the jr. Operations analyst is a strategic support role working closely with the operations director to drive operational excellence across the business. This position plays a vital role in shaping internal workflows, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and transforming strategic ideas into actionable documentation, tools, and insights that enable smooth execution and scalable growth.

*duties*:

- *participate in leadership & operational meetings*: support the design and documentation of workflow architectures, tracking action items and aligning initiatives across teams such as production, post-production, content, and business operations.
- *document operational workflows*: draft and maintain sops, process maps, toolkits, and other internal guides to support scalable operations and compliance with internal standards.
- *cascade & follow up on information*: ensure consistent communication and information flow by sharing summaries, follow-ups, and timelines with internal stakeholders.
- *business support & growth enablement*: help compile and review inputs for business proposals, rate cards, rfis/rfps, and growth plans.
- *create tools for cross-functional use*: build clear and concise decks, trackers, dashboards, and spreadsheets to consolidate input from multiple departments and provide visibility on kpis, resources, and project plans.
- *operational analysis*: collect and interpret data from time reports of the agency resources and project performance to identify patterns, flag inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- *act as a process guardian*: help ensure adoption of agreed operational frameworks, support compliance with freelance usage policies and rate cards, and promote time-tracking discipline.

*requirements*:

- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, international business, international trade, industrial engineering or related.
- interest for numerical analysis and business opportunities.
- ability to relate to management level. Interest in developing business management skills.
- advanced english - excellent oral/written skills in the language. (an interview will be conducted in english).
- proficient on microsoft office suite, especially excel.
- willing to work on a hybrid model.
