Objective:

the role requires proven experience in union negotiations, labor relations, and regulatory compliance, along with a strategic vision to strengthen employee engagement, motivation, and retention within a luxury hospitality environment.

what should you bring?
* bachelor's degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, industrial relations, or a related field.
* master's degree or specialization in human capital or organizational management (preferred).
* proven ability to act as a natural leader, inspiring and motivating teams, driving their growth and development, and serving as the face within sha mexico.
* proven experience working with labour unions.
* 5 to 7 years of experience in similar roles.
* proven experience in luxury hospitality, premium residences, or high-end service environments (mandatory), wellness & healthcare.
* experience managing teams and direct interaction with senior leadership.
* knowledge of current labor legislation, specialized recruitment, and headhunting.
* experience in performance evaluation and organizational development.
* strong understanding of human capital kpis.
* english level c1-c2.
