This position reports directly to the head of controlling for lvmh beauty iberia. The controller will support the financial performance of the business through accurate reporting and close collaboration with key stakeholders.
job responsibilities
* elaboration and reporting of the monthly closings, including the financial control, following and analysis of the expenditures and deviations, flash sales, packages (p&l).
* manage the monthly re-invoicing to europe by ensuring recharging process are well-documented and compliant with internal transfer pricing policies. Monitor and analyze actuals against budgeted figures, explaining key variances by cost center or business units.
* monthly closing reviews with brand general managers identifying risk and opportunities and implementing action plans when needed.
* elaboration and supervision of the budgets of the company (budget, revisions). Implementation of action plans (contingency plans) to protect the operative result of the company.
* elaboration, coordination and following the annual capex budgeting process, by supporting a profitability analysis for the new investment’s approval in hq, as well as their post-implementation evaluations.
other controlling tasks
* very close collaboration with the departments of accounting, cash collections management, treasury, and logistics as well as the brand’s to ensure achievement of sales goals and operative result.
* validation and control of expenses (purchase order, t&e, capex).
* give the necessary support to the controlling manager, so that the handled information is transmitted and can serve to help in decision making of the financial department.
profile
a minimum of 2 years experience in a controlling role within a retail or audit.
* degree in business administration/economics/finance
languages:
* spanish (full proficiency)
* french (c1) will be a plus

* proficient in excel and sap knowledge and operation will be a plus.
