supporting and supervising phasing out programs effectively and on time according to procedures.
participating with oes in validating yearly or lifetime forecasts for spare parts programs.
ensuring the location finalizes the last production batch and closes delivery obligations with the customer upon program finalization.
informing the oes core team about programs to phase out.
reporting weekly and monthly on project results and kpis: manufacturing variation, oee, ncc1, ppm, quality incidents, idr.
managing and organizing a local project team, including customer and business visits.
complying with environmental, safety, health, and energy policies, and ensuring personnel are adequately trained and documentation is maintained.
