- 3+ years of experience in the industry, in roles such as trader or merchandiser.
- advanced english proficiency

job purpose
develop the origination, marketing, and execution of commodities within a designated geographic area and/or assigned customer portfolio. The key objective of this role is to drive sales and market growth, strengthen arbitrage and risk management capabilities, and achieve or exceed profitability targets
key responsibilities
- actively participate in the research, analysis, and execution of commodity market strategies for customer trading.
- maintain constant communication with customers and suppliers to address their needs, ensure excellent service,
improve logistical efficiency, and increase business margins.
- provide follow-up and guidance to the merchandiser trainee programs.
- support and oversee the implementation of origination programs relevant to the area.
- execute and manage the development of a p (profit and loss) for the assigned area.
- record sales, operations, and general information in internal databases.
- prepare weekly and monthly profit and loss estimates.
- build operational knowledge in fixed price and margin risk management.
- buy and sell assigned products to/from specific customers, delivering high-quality market analysis and commercial recommendations.
- oversee logistics programs, including load review, rates, and cost tracking.
- develop impactful ideas and strategic projects that contribute significantly to the business
- support the development of new markets and continuous process improvement.
- collaborate closely with other teams to achieve shared goals.
