Tasks
- partner with plant management to effectively manage and control manufacturing location to ensure profitability improvements, proper working capital and cash flow management.
- ensure compliance with company & general finance rules & policies.
- coordinate preparation of financial statements to ensure its compliance with continental/mexgaap/ifrs standards and timing.
- monthly closing + year end close, data accuracy check on plant level.
- responsibility for fixed asset analysis and fixed asset inventory count.
- responsibility for submission of capital requests within the plant including financial analysis & management summary as well as tracking of capital expenditure.
- ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported counting results.
- assists other managers in budget preparations and interpretation to assure completeness and accuracy of budgetary information and data.
- prepare annual budget and periodical forecasts.
review and approval of capital requests, capital disposals, purchase orders, disbursement requests and personnel requests
- coordinate revision of internal processes to assure local legislation and corporate guidelines compliance.
- prepare long term p&l analysis to detect and close future gap's and assure profitability of the plant and work on strategy for 5 years planning.
- review and analysis of plant expenses and variations to standards.
- further analysis of manufacturing variations and providing of creative methods and recommendations to reduce costs and improve overall financial situation. Establish corrective actions plans
- support of plant manager, staff and bu team in nafta and germany with analysis, reporting, and data, to ensure a successful decision-making process.

bachelor's degree completed.
