Hr systems analyst
*objetive*:
guarantee the reliability of the information in the human resources systems. Carrying out audits and generating reports for the areas of interest.
*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in systems or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience
- possess a collaborative work style and the ability to develop effective working relationships basic knowledge of human resources processes
- experience in oracle
- experience in successfactors
- advanced level in english, oral and written.
- advanced microsoft excel
*responsibilities*:
- member of the team that defines with corporate and other regions the updating of platforms, new functionalities, or new tools.
- collaborate with global hris to manage the data available on hr platforms.
- coordinate testing with the end users of the operation of the platforms and validate their interfaces with the different systems.
- audit and update information in myhr, successfactors, ats, adp
- run integrity reports and pending information entered in myhr.
- responsible for the quality of the information in the interfaces with myhr, successfactors, ats, adp.
- generate and update manuals and procedures that correspond to the system of myhr, successfactors, ats, adp.
- interact with end-users (hr and other departments) to understand business issues and provide advice on the information that is available on hr platforms to support needs.
- take advantage of the information we have on the platforms to make reports, indicators in a correct and timely manner to clients.
- generate reports for other areas of the company to meet the needs of organizational strategic plans.
- validate organizational assignments correctly captured in the system.
- systems-based training and administration.
- coordinate training and manuals with other countries.
- identify opportunities to improve data tracking and employee data entry.
- standardize processes between mexico, samcam, nam.
