we´re looking for the next
*finance controller*
- draft the plan, budget and trends for it for central and south hubs (several latam countries).
- produce/supervise the monthly reports for his/her area of activity.
- validate the correct reporting of financial information regarding capex, opex and headcount
- work closely with hr to ensure accurate hc and personnel cost planning
- optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken in accordance with the standards and good practices set down by internal control by maintaining constant links with his/her contacts (e.g.
procurement, legal, accounting, it, etc.).
- monitor monthly costs (support monthly close activities as needed) and carry out all analysis required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions.
- anticipate financial risks; when necessary, take appropriate corrective measures
- capex management
- create and execute internal control risk management plan
- define with business partners vision and long-term plan for area
- support and coordinate all internal audit requests with stakeholders
*qualifications and educational background*
- bachelor's degree in finance or similar (good knowledge of accounting)
- background/knowledge in financial planning and analysis
- experience working in a multinational company with offshore teams
- 5 # years of experience with different industries (experience in consumer goods is helpful)
- computer skills, to include experience with spreadsheets, presentations and database management.
