- experience in retail sales or sales administration is preferred
- strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- bilingual proficiency, especially in spanish, is a plus
- knowledge of insurance sales practices is beneficial
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with hipaa regulations for handling customer information
