you will be responsible for developing category strategies, optimizing our product portfolio, orchestrating seasonality activations, and collaborating closely with brand managers to uphold brand consistency across regions and target audiences.
*principales responsabilidades*:- develop and implement the overarching category strategy for the ooh and ic business segment, leveraging market insights and consumer trends to drive growth and profitability.- optimize the product portfolio within the ooh category, including sku rationalization, innovation, and line extensions, to meet the evolving needs of customers.- design and execute seasonal marketing and promotional activations tailored to the ooh and ic channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.- conduct regional market assessments to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and activation initiatives, customizing strategies to reflect local preferences and market dynamics.- collaborate closely with brand managers to ensure consistency in brand positioning, messaging, and target audience segmentation across regional portfolio and activation strategies.- translate brand guidelines and strategies into actionable plans and executions that resonate with regional audiences while maintaining brand identity and values.- provide input and insights on regional segmentation nuances, helping to tailor marketing efforts and activation plans to effectively reach and engage specific consumer segments.- identify and explore innovative models of communication to engage consumers across the brand funnel, leveraging emerging technologies, platforms, and trends- integrate performance marketing tactics and strategies into experimental initiatives to track and optimize campaign performance, including but not limited to paid media, search engine marketing, and social media advertising.- monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, driving continuous improvement and optimization
