Palladium hotel group is seeking a strategic and results-driven director of development – americas to lead the expansion of our brands across latin america, the caribbean, and north america. This is a key leadership role responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities in one of our most important growth regions. Key responsibilities develop and implement the strategic expansion plan for the americas. Identify growth opportunities including acquisitions, management contracts, and leases. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, banks, and strategic partners. Coordinate market studies, site inspections, contract negotiations, and internal presentations. Lead deal negotiations and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. Ideal candidate profile bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong background in real estate development, finance, or the hospitality industry. Deep understanding of the hotel sector with strong analytical and commercial skills. Proven experience in latin america and/or the caribbean. Fluent in both spanish and english (spoken and written). Willingness to travel frequently and build long-term relationships.
