We are hiring a procurement team leader with strong expertise in purchase-to-pay (p2p) processes to support their shared services operations across the americas. This is a key leadership role within a growing shared services center (ssc), focused on driving process optimization, and operational excellence in procurement.
key responsibilities
* lead the rollout and adoption of regional p2p initiatives across the shared services organization.
* optimize guided buying channels, erp catalogs, and procurement tools to enhance user experience and compliance.
* streamline end-to-end p2p workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing automation.
* define and track kpis and efficiency metrics for procurement operations.
* partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enable standardized processes within a centralized shared services model.
* support supplier enablement and spend management strategies through digital channels.
* lead change management initiatives, including training and adoption, supporting the transition from decentralized to centralized operations.
profile
* bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
* 6–10 years of experience in procurement / p2p / source-to-pay environments.
* proven experience working in or supporting a shared services / general business services (gbs) environment is a nice-to-have.
* strong knowledge of sap (mm), erp systems, and e-procurement tools.
* advanced english proficiency and portuguese basic to intermediate.
* strong stakeholder management, transformation, and leadership capabilities.
