Learning management system administrator
this role is part of pepsico’s people solutions team within global tech strategy & enterprise platforms. The objective is to support the execution of new technology and solutions for existing and future state programs in learning & competency management. The role supports the delivery of new functionality, solutions and supporting processes within learning & competency management, including system configuration requests and enhancements for the suite of learning tools. It also ensures that solutions/projects across hr systems meet business requirements and pepsico standards, while integrating with local sector/country solutions. The incumbent works under the direction of a people solutions sr. Analyst and requires a combination of hcm technical skills, sdlc experience, project management acumen, strong learning management expertise, and effective, optimized and sustainable operational delivery. A solid understanding of learning & competency processes is required; understanding supply chain processes is a plus.

* ensure that solutions/projects implemented for various hr systems meet business requirements and pepsico standards, integrating with local sector/country solutions.
* work under the direction of a people solutions sr. Analyst.
* apply hcm system technical skills, sdlc, and project management to deliver optimized, sustainable operational delivery.
* understand learning & competency processes and how to deliver system solutions; knowledge of supply chain processes is a plus.
who are we looking for?
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree required (or applicable related work experience), preferably in it or human resources; mba preferred
* 3-5+ years’ experience in learning management & competency management systems including configuration, security, baseline changes
* 2-4+ years of experience in learning system implementations/hrit
* experience responding to inquiries, change requests and complex system changes in a fast-paced environment
* experience supporting efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions that balance local requirements with global process decisions
* must be highly organized, with strong follow-up and results-oriented
* strong verbal and written communication skills that are clear and concise
* supply chain business understanding is a plus
