Job description


we are seeking an experienced payroll coordinator to oversee the execution of us portfolio services, ensuring accurate and timely payroll inputs while identifying opportunities for process optimization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the delivery of excellent customer service and adhering to service level agreements (slas) while contributing to business process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.




key responsibilities



* guarantee the successful execution of us portfolio services (payroll inputs)

* ensure good customer service and meet sla timing and delivery standards while working on process improvements and time optimizations

* develop a thorough knowledge of pepsico's us business policies and labor legislation to enhance business processes

* leverage technology such as ipm, kronos, sap, and snow to optimize payroll efficiency

* responsible for proper escalation of daily resolution issues and serve as the ultimate escalation point person

* ensure proper execution of payroll processes through operational teams: receive incidents, validate requirements, capture information in payroll systems, monitor ticket reception and release, track and report kpis and slas, plan and oversee workload, deliver services at defined slas/kpis, drive operational efficiency, and continuous improvement

* act as the point person for payroll processes audits





requirements



* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

* at least 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes

* functional knowledge of human resources processes (desirable)

* at least 1 year of experience supervising a team with task completion and workload distribution (desirable)

* proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)

* strong english oral and written communication skills

* customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up, and organizational skills

* ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicate throughout the process

* ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time

* strong knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies (lean, six sigma/toc, etc.) (desirable)

* experience in transformation projects that involve new technologies implementation (desirable)
