Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, forms, presentations, minutes, and coordinate meetings.
- Greet visitors, assist with hotel reservations, transfers, travel arrangements, meals, coffee breaks, etc.
- Provide administrative support to the Administration and HR departments, prepare and monitor all departmental information, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure information flow.
- External contact: clients and visitors from other plants.
- Manage plant utility vehicles: schedule maintenance and cleaning services, maintain usage logs, manage insurance, license plates, registration, etc.
- Manage plant fuel cards and vouchers.
- Support the HR department.
- Confidential handling of information.
- Effective communication with all areas involved in purchasing and sales processes.
- Support with month-end closing activities and schedule availability.
- Support for internal and external audits.
- Document control.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience: Minimum one year in a similar role
- Availability to work in Castro del Rio, Irapuato.
- English proficiency required.
- Salary: $20,000.
