develop machine and process specifications for new processes.
develop and review operational documents like control plans, fmea, procedures, product drawings, process sheets, lessons learned, single point lessons, sccaf, error proofing.
coordinate implementation activities with oems, pd, controls, b&f and launch engineers.
coordinate simultaneous engineering with oems to develop new assembly/test processes.
support the development of all quality documentation per launch readiness.
develop and manage open issues list for the responsible machine's lines.
manage within master timing charts, with corrective actions and recovery plans identified where needed.
purchase new equipment and machine tryout parts.
follow up program timing and budget management with milestones, reporting program progress throughout ptme tools.
purchase orders generation and follow up to invoice payment.
comply with quality requirement and regulations as per ford motor company policies.
manage in-station preparation for plant transitioning when is fully complied with ford specs.
