job description
the senior data analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, performing in-depth data analysis, transforming information into actionable insights and processes, and creating reports for key stakeholders. This role plays a key part in the continuous improvement of business processes through the implementation of efficient technological solutions. The sr. Data analyst facilitates collaboration between product management, business users, and technical teams on organization-wide projects and implementations. This position requires solid business acumen, advanced analytical skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across all organizational levels.
primary responsibilities
* analyze business needs and translate them into effective salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
* collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
* design, configure, and customize salesforce applications, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business needs.
* identify and assess opportunities to improve or automate business processes.
* manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
* maintain and optimize data integrity and system performance through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
* provide user training and basic technical support to ensure successful adoption and long-term user satisfaction.
* analyze data to support better-informed decision-making by management.
* support the project operations manager with area-specific requirements and ongoing initiatives.
qualifications
* salesforce proficiency: in-depth knowledge of salesforce ecosystem and platform capabilities, including sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud, or industry clouds. Salesforce administrator certification and other relevant certifications preferred (e.g., platform developer i, sales cloud consultant).
* python expertise: proficient in python for data analysis, reporting automation, and integration with salesforce via apis.
* project management: proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in agile and waterfall environments.
* communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills in english (minimum b2 level); able to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks and deliver expected results on time.
* demonstrated ability to engage professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
* strong analytical skills to refine requirements and processes using a variety of techniques; ability to seek clarity and drive quality.
