*the person who makes everything run and knows it.*behind every deal that closes, every shipment that lands on time, and every executive who shows up to a meeting prepared there's someone like you.you don't need the spotlight.you need things to work.and when they don't, you're already three steps ahead fixing it in english, in spanish, with a spreadsheet open and a vendor on the line.*alegro industries is a fully international industrial company and we need the person who keeps that world running.*this isn't a role where you file things and wait for instructions.you'll own the administrative and procurement engine of a fast-moving global operation and you'll have the authority and visibility to match.*what you'll own*- *bilingual operations hub* you are the first point of contact for international stakeholders managing high-level correspondence, coordinating with global vendors, and ensuring nothing gets lost in translation (literally or figuratively).- *strategic procurement* own the full supply chain cycle: vendor sourcing, price negotiation, freight coordination, and po lifecycle management.you won't just process orders you'll find smarter, cheaper, faster ways to fulfill them.- *data & reporting intelligence* design and present weekly and monthly kpi dashboards covering inventory levels, purchasing trends, and operational performance.leadership makes decisions with your data.- *process & records excellence* maintain airtight digital and physical records, ensure compliance with internal policies, and continuously improve data entry and administrative workflows.when an audit comes, you're the one who smiles.- *cross-functional support* act as the connective tissue between commercial, logistics, and executive teams resolving bottlenecks before they become problems and supporting both internal teams and external partners with precision.*what we're looking for*- *3-5 years* of experience in senior administrative, procurement, or operations roles- proven *negotiation skills* you've sat across from vendors and won- *english c1 (advanced)* you conduct business, write proposals, and hold your own in high-stakes conversations in english- *advanced microsoft excel* pivot tables, formulas, dashboards are your playground- familiarity with *erp or inventory management systems*:- bachelor's degree in international business, administration, or related field- extreme attention to detail, strong multitasking under pressure, and a genuine *ownership mindset* you treat the business like it's yours*what you get*- *permanent, full-time contract* real stability from day one, with full legal benefits (imss, vacaciones, aguinaldo)- *international exposure* daily interaction with global suppliers, partners, and stakeholders across markets- *a seat where it matters* you won't be invisible here; your work directly impacts commercial performance and executive decisions- *professional environment* structured, high-energy, and surrounded by people who take their craft seriously- *room to grow* alegro promotes from within; this role is a launchpad, not a ceiling- *alegro industries is an equal opportunity employer.we hire on energy, skill, and results.*_*job types*: full-time, permanentpay: $15,* per monthapplication question(s):- do you have 3+ years of experience in administrative or procurement roles?- do you have hands-on experience in supplier negotiation?- is your english at a c1 (advanced) level capable of business correspondence and negotiations?- are you comfortable with 100% on-site work in guadalajara, jalisco?- does a monthly compensation of mxn $15,000 meet your expectations?Work location: in person
