*the opportunity*
this role is responsible for leading the strategic agenda of accounts payables cash flow (caixa) to support business transformation to achieve productivity and efficiency in the processes and seek the financial and accounting evolution of the company based on the organizational objectives giving a quality service to the ssc and bu's.
bank accounts daily reconciliation in order to generate investment or withdrawal orders, ensuring the balance of each account to comply with the payment commitments, analysis and registration of monthly movements derived from treasury activities for correct decision-making in the bu, also is responsible for other activities related to payments recon, discounts, supplier financ.

as an
*cntrl & rpt assoc analyst treasury* your functions would consist of:
- inclusion of bank statements and receipts in the network - diary (br10, br16, br51)
- daily position all companies
- validation/release and sending of payments and ted's/daily worksheet to approvers for approval on banking portal (all companies)
- launch for approval of the hr processes for amavale and prevpepsico
- daily approval tracking
- extract and include payment supports in sharepoint for all companies
- inclusion of monthly bank statements (movement accounts and applications for all companies)
- analyze of expired electronic documents
qualifications:

- bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related majors
*experience*
- experience of at least 1 years working in finance or accounts payable positions
- knowledge of english - (reading, writing, conversational)
- macro microsoft excel knowledge (vba)
- erp systems knowledge (i.e. Sap) is preferred but not required
- highly responsible and committed individual who is detail oriented, organized, and driven
- displays a professional and client-focused attitude at all times
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work under pressure and stress management.
- ability to teamwork, results oriented, service attitude and opening to change
- portuguese desirable.
