*responsibilities*:- help build a team in your local geography to assist with producing creative assets.- work with our in-house marketing team to develop video ads that drive clicks and conversions.- assist with rehauling and improving ui/ux across our ecommerce website.- organic social content creation & posting tiktok, facebook, instagram and youtube*requirements*:- able to shoot, edit and produce high-quality video content.- excellent with adobe's suite of editing tools.- digitally-native - comfortable learning new programs quickly.- experience managing the creative process end to end whether it comes to photography, videography, motion graphics or photography.
you are able to hire, grow and manage a team - end-to-end.- an understanding of fundamental ecommerce metrics, best practices, and how strong creative drives conversions.- previous experience in ecommerce or digitally-enabled direct-to-consumer brands.- are able to provide us with references as requested.
