- supports hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance of the computer and mdf.
- may monitor and troubleshoot equipment and assist with logging and documentation.
- responsibilities may also include cabling, racking and server installations.
- coordinates, diagnoses, troubleshoots and supports incident employee issues with personal computers, mobile devices, printers and related systems.
- provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access.
- provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel.
- develops, documents, and implements standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines relating to remote it support.
- responsible for it and cybersecurity local audits; comply with it and business policies, procedures and service guidelines.

experiência y requisitos
- experiência de 2 a 3 años en posiciones similares
- ingeniero en sistemas computacionales o afin
- atención al usuario (soporte de sofware)
- conocimiento de windows office 365
- uso y manejo para servidores
- uso y manejo a nível básico cctv (milestone)
- uso y manejo básico de controles de acceso (infineas)
- inglés intermedio (deseable)
