Hr manager sl1 (training, development, and dual education programs)
bosch san luis potosí is seeking a dynamic and strategic human resources manager to lead and oversee training, development, and dual education programs in our automotive manufacturing plant. This role is key in fostering a skilled workforce, strengthening talent pipelines, and supporting the professional growth of employees at all levels.
responsabilidades
* design, implement, and manage training and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and global bosch standards.
* oversee technical and soft skills training programs for operational, engineering, and administrative personnel.
* lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the dual education program in collaboration with local universities, technical institutions, and government entities.
* monitor training needs through regular assessments and performance evaluations.
* manage training budgets and ensure compliance with legal and bosch internal requirements.
* establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and return on investment.
* support internal career development paths and succession planning processes.
* act as a key liaison between plant operations, hr business partners, and corporate learning & development teams.
requisitos
* bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, industrial engineering, education, or related field (master's preferred).
* 5+ years of experience in training and development within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
* proven experience managing dual education or apprenticeship programs.
* strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
* fluency in spanish and english (german is a plus).
* solid understanding of adult learning principles and training technologies.
