*responsibilities*:
- build and maintain relationships with clients communicate with clients in both languages (english and spanish) to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
- develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business. Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that client needs are met.
- monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and present reports to management on account performance and sales activity.
- attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date on market trends and expand business relationships.
- resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
qualifications:
profile
*experience*:
proven experience in embedded systems design, development, and testing, preferably in a hardware-focused or industrial environment.
*education*:
bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
language: ingles 95%; bilingual
knowledge:
strong proficiency in c/c++ programming language and experience with embedded systems development tools and ides.
solid understanding of microcontrollers, processors, and other embedded hardware components. Familiarity with real-time operating systems (rtos), firmware development, and device driver programming.
experience with communication protocols such as can bus, ethernet, spi, and i2c. Proficiency in using debugging tools, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other testing equipment.
knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems, and software testing techniques.
*skills*:ability to read and understand schematics and datasheets for hardware integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and systematic approach.
