role summary
two missions:
* build an english-first personal brand with our founder—plan topics, record in person once per week, then edit and publish remotely.
* create spanish content for octify—plan, script, record yourself on camera, and publish across instagram, tiktok, youtube shorts, and linkedin.
schedule & location
hybrid in puebla, mexico. In-person filming once per week; remote editing the rest.
responsibilities
* own weekly content calendars and shot lists (english + spanish).
* edit short‐form video with strong hooks, captions, and pacing.
* write post copy, titles, and ctas; publish and manage comments.
* repurpose recordings into multi‐platform assets and snippets.
* track basic metrics; iterate based on performance.
requirements
* based in puebla with weekly in‐person availability.
* comfortable on camera creating spanish content for octify.
* clear written english and spanish; organized and proactive.
nice to have
* basic figma/canva for thumbnails and carousels.
* newsletter or simple landing page experience.
* familiarity with linkedin and youtube analytics.
compensation (paid trial)
* 1‐month paid trial: $10,000 mxn/month.
* path after trial: competitive salary with growth and expanded scope.
