as a payments transformation design & delivery project management - vice president, you will lead platform transformation projects across multiple regions, including latin america.
you will work on digital and platform services initiatives, gaining significant exposure to senior management.
this role is ideal for motivated individuals with advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
you will collaborate with stakeholders across cib, leveraging industry best practices and internal resources, including business, technology, operations, and client-facing teams, to drive outcomes.
job responsibilities
lead platform/system migrations across latin america.
manage transformation projects, including requirements gathering, implementation, and data analytics.
design and implement project management strategies to enhance operational experience.
partner with product, operations, and technology teams to identify and address barriers.
develop multi-year roadmaps, detailed project plans, and milestones.
track and report on metrics demonstrating progress and benefits.
prepare senior management presentations on project status, risks, and escalations.
negotiate and influence senior partners, ensuring collaborative approaches.
required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
deep understanding of payments and collections platforms and operational systems.
analytical skills to interpret data and explain underlying drivers.
excellent presentation and communication skills across all levels.
strong time management and prioritization abilities.
minimum of 5+ years managing complex transformation projects.
experience in payments business.
bachelor's degree in technology, economy, business, or related fields.
agile methodology skills.
fluent in english and spanish.
