Responsibilities ensure every room meets the highest standards set by four seasons. Supervise housekeeping staff on the floor and conduct daily inspections. Collect work assignments from the housekeeping department and resolve any questions. Check with the office coordinator and the housekeeping manager for the list of vip guests and guests with special requirements and inform the room attendants. Supervise the assigned attendants and their work areas. Ensure that all devices of the entire team function correctly and that the signature backup is signed. Attend and present work punctuality and notify the managerial staff at least with four hours of advance notice in case of absence. Behave professionally at all times, adhering to the policies and procedures of conduct established by four seasons and department safety regulations. Qualifications minimum 1 year of experience as a housekeeping supervisor in ultra-luxury resorts (required). Proficiency in microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, and teams (desirable). Basic knowledge of opera and hotsos (desirable). Excellent health: capable of walking and standing for long periods and carrying up to 5 kilos. Participate in the development and monitoring of training programs for houseman & room attendants (required). Knowledge of forbes standards (desirable). Attention to detail. Capable of fostering excellent relationships with the housekeeping department staff and other departments. Availability to work the night shift.
