Visit.orgis seeking a results-driven and strategically-mindedglobal recruitment manager, nonprofit team,to lead the recruitment and onboarding of nonprofit organizations for our global supply-side partnerships. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process for nonprofit organizations to become beneficiaries of our global corporate partnerships. You will build and monitor pipelines, streamline low-touch conversion processes, and ensure successful nonprofit onboarding. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a startup tech environment.
please note:this remote role is based in mexico is a 6-month contract position (40 hours/week, invoiced monthly) with option to renew. The ideal candidate will work standard hours from 9 am to 5 pm eastern time with some flexibility.

responsibilities:
* build and manage the nonprofit recruitment pipeline to support both immediate event needs and long-term market expansion.
* define recruitment priorities and targeting criteria in partnership with the lead generation team.
* use real-time data and timelines to monitor pipeline health and guide conversion priorities.
* oversee and optimize a low-touch conversion process using email flows, forms, and automation.
* engage directly with nonprofits when needed to build trust and guide them through partnership.
* onboard qualified nonprofits, ensuring accurate completion of agreements and documentation.
* match nonprofit needs with available in-kind donation types to maximize alignment and impact.
* maintain a strong partner experience throughout recruitment and onboarding.
* track all outreach and conversion activity in hubspot and internal tools.
* build and manage dashboards to monitor performance, identify gaps, and inform decisions.
* gather feedback and identify improvements to make the recruitment process more efficient and scalable.
* provide occasional support to the nonprofit team in latam or other responsibilities as needed.
strategic planning & pipeline management
* build and manage the recruitment pipeline to align with immediate event needs and long-term market expansion goals.
* define recruitment priorities and targeting strategies in collaboration with the lead generation team.
* use real-time data and event timelines to monitor pipeline health and guide outreach and conversion efforts.
outreach oversight & conversion strategy
* own and optimize the low-touch conversion process through streamlined email flows, forms, and automation.
* personally engage nonprofits when needed—via email or video calls—to build trust and guide them toward partnership.
nonprofit onboarding
* guide qualified nonprofits through the agreement forms and onboarding process, ensuring all steps and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
* match nonprofit needs—both explicitly stated and inferred—with available in-kind donation types to maximize alignment and impact.
* maintain a high standard of nonprofit experience throughout the conversion and onboarding journey, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness.
systems & reporting
* own and maintain recruitment-related tracking in hubspot and other internal tools, ensuring full visibility into outreach, conversions, and onboarding status.
* build and monitor dashboards and reports to measure recruitment performance, pipeline health, and fulfillment against event and expansion needs.
* use reporting to inform decision-making, flag gaps, and drive real-time prioritization of efforts.
feedback & process optimization
* gather and synthesize feedback from nonprofit interactions to inform process improvements, communication templates, and onboarding flow.
* identify opportunities to make the recruitment and conversion process more efficient, scalable, and aligned with nonprofit expectations.
additional support as needed
* provide additional support to the nonprofit team for latam regions on an as needed basis.
* perform other responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptation.
qualifications:
* fluency in english is required for this role
* 3+ years of experience managing high-volume pipelines, lead conversion, or customer onboarding processes in a saas, sales, or similar environment
* proficient with crm and automation tools (e.g., hubspot, salesforce, marketo); experience in pipeline automation and optimization preferred
* strong data-driven mindset with experience using reporting tools (hubspot, metabase, etc.) to monitor performance and guide decisions
* exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* comfortable working independently, taking ownership of processes, and identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability
* excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and guide partners through processes
* bonus: experience in nonprofit-side partnerships, nonprofits, or international/global market expansions
