- greet and bid farewell to guests with a genuine smile and welcoming demeanor.
- efficiently manage the flow of the dining room, assigning tables to optimize server workflow.
- quote accurate wait times and manage the waitlist system.
- professionally answer the phone and whatsapp to take reservations and answer inquiries.
- maintain a clean and organized host station.
*minimum requirements*:
- excellent presentation and strong verbal communication skills.
- ability to work well under pressure and multitask (phone, walk-ins, reservations) simultaneously.
- schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
