main responsibilities:
* support the generation of new business through prospecting strategies.
* prepare presentations for clients or potential clients about properties, economic conditions and market trends.
* conduct property tours.
* assist potential buyers or tenants in selecting and searching for properties to visit and inspect together.
* provide consultancy to clients on market conditions, prices, legal framework and other related matters.
* process transaction documentation.
* attend sales meetings.
you need:
* career: preferably architecture, international business, administration.
* minimum experience of 2 years in real estate, preferably in corporate offices.
* communication, negotiation, organization, verbal fluency, results-oriented and proactive skills.
knowledge:
