what will your mission be?
to drive accurate and reliable demand forecasts for all u.s. customer accounts by leveraging rigorous data analysis, continuous process improvement, and close collaboration with the sales team.
what we are looking for in you:
education & experience
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, supply chain, or a related analytical field.
* 3+ years of experience in data analysis, demand planning, or sales analytics (cpg or produce industry experience is a plus).
skills
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and effectively visualize data.
* excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling large datasets.
* highly process-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset.
* advanced proficiency in excel (pivot tables, vlookup, charts) and experience with erp or demand planning systems (sap, ibp, or similar).
languages
* advanced spanish and english (required).
what you will do on a daily basis:
* support the monthly demand forecasting process, including base and promotional forecasts for key u.s. retail partners.
* maintain and update forecast data within naturesweet's demand planning system to ensure alignment with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
* participate in monthly sales tactical meetings, providing insights and updates to support decision-making across sales, marketing, innovation, and project management.
* perform data entry and forecast adjustments to reflect the latest sales trends, promotions, and market intelligence.
* prepare and distribute monthly forecast accuracy reports, ad-hoc analyses, and performance dashboards for internal stakeholders.
what we offer:
at naturesweet, base salary is part of our total compensation package and is established within a defined range.
for this role, the monthly base salary range is mxn $35,000 to $43,000.
compensation is determined based on role-related criteria such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location, always under principles of internal equity and fair, transparent practices. We recognize that career paths are diverse, so compensation may vary depending on geographic region and other relevant factors, ensuring alignment with our commitment to fairness, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
this position includes an annual performance bonus, calculated as a percentage of the annualized salary and subject to company results and individual performance.
