Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, maintaining high satisfaction levels. Track and analyze service metrics (e.g., response times, satisfaction scores). Create and improve customer service procedures and policies. Managing crm software (e.g., salesforce, hubspot, zoho). Maintain accurate customer records and segment the customer base for targeted campaigns. Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty, and re-engagement. Generate reports and insights on customer behavior and lifecycle stages. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align crm efforts with overall business goals.qualifications: 4+ years of experience in customer service. Bs degree in communication or marketing or a similar career experience with crm systems is required. English fluency and strong communication skills are necessary. The candidate must be reliable, punctual, and able to deliver results according to expectations.
