about the role
the marketing director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our hotel's luxury positioning, dining outlets, spa, events, and guest experiences.
this includes maintaining and strengthening our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels, and monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies accordingly.
key responsibilities
* develop and implement marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and position the hotel as a leading luxury destination.

* collaborate with pr agencies and media outlets to secure coverage in luxury travel publications, blogs, and broadcast channels.
* organize press trips, fam tours, and media events to showcase our hotel's offerings.
* handle crisis communications and maintain a positive brand reputation.
advertising & promotions
* plan and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns.
* develop seasonal promotions, packages, and partnerships with luxury brands or local attractions.
* monitor campaign performance and roi, adjusting strategies as needed.
content creation & storytelling
* supervise the production of high-quality visual and written content.
* ensure all marketing materials reflect our hotel's luxury standards and appeal to target audiences.
analytics & reporting
* track kpis and prepare regular reports for management.
* use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and budget allocation.
qualifications & skills
* bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or related field.
* 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hotels/resorts or tourism.
* strong expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools.
* excellent communication skills in english and spanish.
* creative thinker with strong project management and leadership abilities.
