The credit maintenance analyst is an entry-level position responsible for capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors, and facilities in relevant credit systems in coordination with the operations - services team. The overall objective of this role is to maintain data quality in credit systems, monitor credit exposure, and adhere to credit policies.
responsibilities:
1. process incoming credit requests, reviewing for completeness and accuracy, and convert them into concise, accurately recorded credit facilities.
2. analyze and evaluate credit reports, coordinate, and follow up on action plans, implementations, and related defects.
3. maintain an executive document to track all requests, changes, and action plans performed on credit reports.
4. prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and contribute to achieving acceptable audit ratings.
5. prepare portfolio and related credit information for internal and external auditors.
6. make evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
7. resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of technical experience and precedence.
8. assess risk appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards, and escalating control issues transparently.
qualifications:
1. relevant experience required.
2. experience in credit operations or similar position.
3. knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems.
4. proficient in microsoft office, microsoft project, and windows domain.
5. ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
education:
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

* interpretación de buro de crédito.
* validación de candados de seguridad y comprobantes.
* interpretación de declaraciones y estados financieros.

requisitos (en español):
* experiencia en interpretación de buro de crédito y análisis de créditos.
* experiencia en base de datos y revisión de documentos.
* conocimiento en dictaminación de crédito y determinación de línea de crédito.
* licenciatura en área económica administrativa deseable.
* interpretación de buro de crédito para personas físicas y morales.
* análisis de ingresos y determinación de dti y pti.
* manejo de office y conocimientos en declaraciones anuales.
