This role supports the usa team by ensuring efficient last‑mile delivery operations across multiple markets. You’ll be part of a global community that values innovation and empowers associates to make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
design and optimize delivery routes – create daily routing solutions that balance efficiency, cost, and service levels using specialized tools.
Collaborate across regions – work closely with local sales and operations teams in different countries to tailor solutions to specific market needs.
Drive process improvement – identify opportunities to enhance routing processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
Manage multiple priorities – operate in a dynamic scheduling environment, working five days a week (including some late afternoon/evening shifts) to align with front‑line operations.
Qualifications
education – bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
Analytical & problem‑solving skills – strong mathematical reasoning, ability to interpret metrics, and drive data‑based decisions.
Flexibility to work night shifts to support global operations.
Self‑management & organization – ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
Excellent communication – strong written and verbal communication skills in english.
Technical proficiency – familiarity with ms office suite and ability to learn new tools quickly.
