mission statement : as the lead for overseeing the portfolio of cmvd products, you will manage a portfolio brand manager and drive strategic direction for the group of products. This role involves high-level planning, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations to achieve business objectives.

main responsibilities:

* strategic planning: collaborate with the brands lead manager to develop different brands plans, promotional campaigns, and materials (omnichannel), considering the strategic vision and roadmap for the products portfolio, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
* team leadership: lead, mentor, and manage your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
* portfolio management: oversee the management of the entire products portfolio, ensuring each product meets its targets and objectives.
* launch new products: ensure competitive and sustainable positioning through new product launches.
* market analysis: conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the respective markets.
* cross-functional collaboration: work closely with sales, medical, regulatory affairs, and training teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of product strategies.
* performance monitoring: track and analyze key performance indicators (kpis) for the product group.
* compliance: ensure all products and activities comply with local and international regulations and standards.
* budget management: develop and manage budgets for the products portfolio, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
* national therapeutic area expert development: foster collaboration between national and regional experts, as well as medical societies (collaborative work with medical teams).
* samples management: guarantee the correct quantities of samples availability and distribution per sales representative.

required skills and qualifications

* bachelor's degree (preferable business/marketing or science)
* minimum 5 years of experience within marketing (pharma)
* proven success as product manager and leading teams
* sales experience & 2+ years in people leadership (desirable)
* cardiometabolic experience in marketing/sales is preferred
* excellent verbal and written communication skills
* ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers
* experience handling market data transforming it into valuable information for strategic decision-making
* fluent english required
