*tech specialist support*

*main activities*:
provide 1st level specialized technical support on hardware and software, face to face and remotely, for computer, mobile phone, and video conferencing equipment used by executive senior management and treasury users within hsbc

provide personalized and detailed advice on technology requirements received, offering fast and effective solutions, making use of last generation technology and adhering to internal security and infrastructure standards

management and administration activities in the area such as bcp organization programs, risk program analysis and user perception program.

*requirements*:

- advanced knowledge on fault identification and resolution of computer hardware components and mobile devices
- advanced knowledge on the installation, configuration, tuning and support of windows 10, macos (big sur-monterey), android/ios operating systems (newer versions)
- advanced knowledge on identification, configuration and support of wan/lan networks, both wired and wireless, on computer equipment and mobile devices
- knowledge about nps (net promoter score) indicator to be able to create improvements plans.

Requirements

*experience*

at least 2 years

- ability to learn new technologies

*qualifications and accreditations*
- microsoft office (excel, word, power point, etc.)
- windows system support
- second language: english (mostly desirable)
