what to expect (job responsibilities)
* periodically review workload with each group.
* analyze sales results vs. forecast and generate executive reports and variance analyses for management.
* prepare executive presentations on strategic planning and current business status.
* work with the bpm and be teams to maintain and develop visualization tools and/or process automation (e.g., power bi / dashboards).
* support in maintaining updated status on business transfers and projects entering or leaving mexico with other global offices (rmcs).
* monitor and compile geopolitical issues affecting the global market and mexico to support the implementation of short‐ and long‐term solutions.
* drive marketing initiatives and optimize the use of digital tools (dx) to foster internal and external development, strengthening murata's competitive position.
* conduct 3c analysis (customer/market, competitors, company).
* support and coordinate regular company events, including the necessary planning and preparation.
what is required (qualifications)
* the role requires the ability to analyze problems where established procedures may not exist and to draw conclusions where considerable variation in interpretation may occur. The position functions as an information provider, reviewer, and supervisor.
* proven experience in strategic account management, commercial planning and/or sales operations planning, market and forecast analysis, development of strategic plans, and definition of kpis. Proficiency in core competencies, analytical capability, hypothesis generation, and collaborative cross‐functional execution will be evaluated.
* competencies: leadership, teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical thinking, innovation, flexibility and positive attitude, stress management, and ability to work under pressure.
