t&m consulting is currently seeking a change management consultant to join our team on a hybrid basis for a six-month project.
main activities:
* develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
* conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness assessments.
* identify and manage potential risks and issues related to change initiatives.
* develop communication plans and materials to support change initiatives.
* provide coaching and support to project teams and key stakeholders.
* monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
* evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and recommend improvements.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project objectives.
requirements:
* years of experience: 3 to 6 years (mid-level)
* english proficiency: intermediate
* self-directed, proactive, effective communicator, and committed to continuous learning.
