This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance our hr systems and processes contributing to the companys success.responsibilitiesleverage your expertise to recommend the best solution based on the clients requirements budget and timeframe with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identified.guide the client through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the clients unique business requirements at all stages of the projectindependently execute on the assigned support activities with utmost quality and as per the milestone or resolution timeact as a lead consultant(s) in gathering business requirements designing and prototyping testing and implementing business solutions.build or configure the system to the customers expectations and requirementslead the integration work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to functionalities.identify strategies risks and options recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client or functional requirements.execute the day to day activities of workday projects for a variety of clients including project reviews.master the art of follow through. Frequently update your engagement manager and service delivery manager on timeline tasks risks roles & responsibilities etc.proactively keep yourself abreast of workday updates and project changes. Seek out opportunities to further your skillset and professional growth. We love initiativeact as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts including providing support for shadow assignmentsactively participate in update training and internal opportunities to share ones skills and learnings with others within the organizationssupport business development activities such as identification proposal development and other pursuit activities.5 plus years of workday hcm implementation or post production support experience5 plus years of hcm software experience in atleast 1 module.
