responsibilities

• understand and identify user needs and business objectives.
• analyze and identify risks, preventing obstacles before they arise.
• propose tangible solutions with planning and action plans.
• ensure team decisions within the assigned scrum team are user-centered.
• define methodologies, tools, and channels appropriate for each project.
• estimate and manage workload required for project execution.
• handle abstract concepts to make informed design decisions.
• develop data-driven strategies that address user and business objectives.
• contribute to the creation of components for the design system, adhering to brand and design guidelines while ensuring usability and accessibility.

essential knowledge

• design methodologies: design thinking and user-centered design.
• agile methodologies: scrum.
• ux research: generative and evaluative.
• usability and accessibility principles.
• design systems.
• visual design: composition, typography, color, hierarchy, contrast, etc.
• information architecture.
• ux writing principles and best practices.
• advanced proficiency in software like figma, sketch, and adobe creative suite.
• educational background: professional background in fields such as industrial design, architecture, graphic design, psychology, communication, anthropology, etc.
